How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3-4 business days across India.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track it from the "My Orders" section.
What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal fee applies below that and on COD orders.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes with a nominal handling fee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Go to "My Orders," select the item, and choose Return/Exchange, or email us at rawera.support@gmail.com with your order ID. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to the size chart on each product page. For oversized fits, consider sizing down if you prefer a regular fit.
What materials are used in Raw Era products?
We use premium cotton blends, ensuring durability, comfort, and a clean structured fit true to our minimal, industrial aesthetic.
How should I care for my Raw Era apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve print and fabric quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and COD.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
I received a damaged/wrong item what do I do?
Email us at rawera.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll resolve it promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, before they're processed for shipping. Email rawera.support@gmail.com or call us immediately.
