1. General Information

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of orders placed on the Raw-Era website (www.raw-era.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described herein. Raw-Era reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the following timeframes after payment confirmation:

 During sales, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by 2–3 additional business days.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Raw-Era ships to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.

Same-day delivery is currently available in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad for orders placed before 11:00 AM IST.

4. International Shipping

Raw-Era currently ships to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

 International delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Raw-Era is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier details

• An SMS notification (for Indian orders) with a tracking link

• WhatsApp updates (where opted in during checkout)

You can track your order at any time via:

• Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number

• By emailing us at rawera.support@gmail.com with your order ID

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect activity after dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Shipments

6.1 Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts for domestic orders. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 7 days before being returned to Raw-Era.

6.2 Incorrect Address

Raw-Era is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at the time of checkout. If an address correction is required, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at rawera.support@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

6.3 Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned to Raw-Era due to non-delivery, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be notified by email. A re-shipment fee equivalent to the original shipping charge will apply for re-dispatching the order.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

7.1 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

• Refuse to accept the package if visibly damaged at delivery, and note it with the courier

• Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item(s) before opening

• Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at rawera.support@gmail.com with your order ID and photographs

Raw-Era will assess each case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

7.2 Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, Raw-Era will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.

7.3 Stolen Packages

Raw-Era is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported stolen or missing from the delivery location. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address or opting for the "Signature Required" option where available.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, the following conditions apply:

• Raw-Era ships all international orders as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless otherwise stated

• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or any other applicable taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authority

• These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by Raw-Era

• Refusal to pay customs fees and the resulting return of goods will not entitle the customer to a refund of the original order

• Raw-Era will not falsify customs declarations or mark shipments as 'gifts' to avoid duties

 We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an international order.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders within India on eligible pin codes, subject to the following conditions:

 Repeated COD refusals or non-payments may result in COD being disabled for your account.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement for prepaid orders

• COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled the return policy will apply

• To cancel an order, contact rawera.support@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation

Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

11. Returns & Exchange

This Shipping Policy does not cover returns and exchanges in detail. Please refer to our separate Returns & Exchange Policy available at www.raw-era.com/returns for complete information on eligibility, process, and timelines.

For return shipments, please note:

• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are borne by the customer

• For defective or incorrect items, Raw-Era will arrange a free pickup or reimburse return shipping costs

• International returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items

12. Packaging & Sustainability

Raw-Era is committed to responsible packaging practices. All orders are shipped in:

• Recyclable or compostable poly mailers for apparel

• Minimal use of plastic fillers where required, we use recycled or biodegradable alternatives

• Custom Raw-Era branded packaging for enhanced unboxing experience

We encourage customers to recycle or reuse packaging materials wherever possible.
